These Terms of Service apply to all members, users, players, and advertisers of TRX FAST.

1. User Account

1.1. Each user is allowed to maintain only one account. Multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension.
1.2. Your personal data will not be disclosed, sold, or shared.
1.3. We do not modify user account information upon request.
1.4. Accurate information must be provided during registration and when updating personal details. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

2. Referrals

2.1. There is no limit to the number of users you may refer.
2.2. Referrals cannot change their referring member.
2.3. Referral clicks are credited to your account instantly.

3. Anti-Cheat Policy

3.1. Any attempt to hack the system will be recorded, leading to permanent account suspension.
3.2. Using third-party software to manipulate the system will result in account suspension.
3.3. Any effort to manually or automatically alter system processes will result in permanent suspension.
3.4. We reserve the right to warn users or act without prior warning. When a payout request is made, our monitoring system will review user actions and respond accordingly. Typically, attempts to cheat will result in account termination.

4. Payments to Members

4.1. Payments are made exclusively via TRON (TRX) on the TRC-20 Network. No other payment methods are currently supported.
4.2. You may request payments up to the total amount of your purchases through the payment processor you have used most frequently.
4.3. Payments are processed automatically and should be received within 1-2 minutes.

5. Payments to the Site

5.1. All payments must be made using the payment methods available on the site.
5.2. All payments are non-refundable. If you encounter any issues with your purchases, please contact our support team via email. We will work to resolve any problems.
5.3. Any chargebacks or reversed transactions will result in immediate account suspension.
5.4. All deposits are processed immediately.

6. Bonus Policy

6.1. All bonuses offered on the site are designed to attract new active customers.
6.2. Bonus rules are final and cannot be changed over time.
6.3. To receive bonus payouts, strict adherence to all terms and conditions of each bonus is required.
